This policy explains how Velocity Thinking obtains consent to send SMS text messages to drivers and staff through our transportation management systems and related applications.

With your consent, we may send operational notifications including load assignments, delivery updates, schedule changes, safety alerts, and other time-sensitive communications related to transportation operations.
How you opt in
Consent is collected through an explicit, unchecked checkbox on driver registration and profile forms in our TMS. You must actively check the box to subscribe. The checkbox text shown in the product is:
